Dry Composite Repair system provides the asset owner and equipment operators a cold repair engineered solution to restore damaged substrates. These composite repair systems are designed to extend the lifetime of piping system and brings the asset back to its design operating conditions.
Underwater Composite Repair (Wet) system provides the asset owner and equipment operators a cold repair engineered solution to restore damaged substrates. These underwater composite repair systems are specifically designed to be applied in a wet condition and the applicator MUST be a diver. The main purpose for this application is to extend the lifetime of piping system and bring the asset back to its design operating conditions.
Basic Wiring Knowledge – The personnel who are competent in the Single Phase electrical wiring must be able to interpret single phase specifications and procedures, earthing system installation and carry out continuity, polarity, insulation and resistance testing on the single phase wiring system.
Three Phase Wiring Knowledge – The personnel who are competent in the Three Phase electrical wiring must be able to interpret three phase specifications and procedures, earthing system installation and carry out continuity, polarity, insulation and resistance testing on the three phase wiring system.
Many characteristics of a weld can be evaluated during welding inspection. Some are related to weld size, and others are related to the presence of weld discontinuities. Weld discontinuities are often referred as welding defects, and they can sometimes cause premature weld failure due to a reduction of strength or added stress concentrations within the welded component. Through our Introduction to Welding Inspection & Quality Control Training program, you will achieve your organization’s requirements of quality competence and proper knowledge. This will be done by fulfilling training content that is exclusively made for your organization.
Introduction to wet welding short course is designed to give the exposure to those who have keen interest in becoming the wet welder in the future. This course also provides an insight into wet welding field to students from universities and other institutions. Therefore, they will be led by the qualified instructor to the correct path to become commercial divers and wet welders later on.
